Kit #72003 Review by Julius Ebke

What you get:
35 parts in green resin
+20 launching tubes (only 16 actually needed)
Short instructions and extensive documentation about the vehicle (French
only)

The overall quality of the resin parts is good, only minor flash can be
found, but on some parts the details are soft
(especially on the filigree frames for the launching tubes). Fortunately
there are nearly no sinkmarks on the
main parts of the superstructure, but still some sanding will be
required. Many parts are very thin and slightly bent - a problemwhich can be solved easily with some hot water.
The parts fit well to each other even though some minor gaps will have
to be closed with putty.
The instructions are very short, there is only one side-view drawing of
the finished vehicle and instructions for
the launching rack itself (very poor copy, but due to the small number
of parts there is not much you can do wrong).
The Instuction sheet also includes an extensive documentation (written
in French) about the half-track itself with very useful
information about usage and history of these rare vehicles.
Well, altogether I highly recommend this kit. It´s definitley not
suitable for (resin-) beginners and you´ll need to scratchbuilt
some parts for more accuracy, but experienced modellers will love it,
especially since it´s the only kit of this vehicle interesting
half-track available at the moment.
