72105 WW2 German 7.5cm Kw.K.42 ammunition crates

This set represents five boxes used to store two rounds of ammo for the 7.5cm KwK42 (used on the Panther) or the PaK42 (used on the Panzer IV/70(A) and Panzer IV/70(V)).
Dimensions according to Wehrmachts Kisten are 100 x 30 x 17cm, which translates to 13,9 x 4,2 x 2,4mm in 1/72.
The dimensions of the boxes in the set are 13,9 x 4.0 x 2,6mm, which is close enough for me.

Casting quality is faultless, with nice detail all over and a very delicate wood grain texture. Purists will want to add two lifting ropes to each end and create decals for the stencilling.
The interior of the open box is convincingly done and the walls are thin enough to be semi-translucent. Care will have to be taken to remove the lid from the casting block, though. For those, like me, that have some trouble identifying the two smaller parts, this scheme obtained from AGN will help:

72106 WW2 German 8.8cm Kw.K.36 ammunition crates

This set represents five boxes used to store three rounds of ammo for the 8.8cm KwK36 (used on the Tiger I).
Dimensions according to Wehrmachts Kisten are 115 x 40 x 20cm, which translates to 16,0 x 5,6 x 2,8mm in 1/72.
The dimensions of the boxes in the set are 16.4 x 5.5 x 2,9mm, which is close enough for me.

Note that another type of wooden box existed for this gun and that Wehrmachts Kisten claims that the type represented in this set is a rare late war type.
