This is a Pz.Kpfw.-Turm III Auf Holzsockel, a Pz III turret with short 5-cm KwK L42 gun mounted on steel base which was bolted to a buried bunker of logs.
According to Panzer Tracts No. 21-1, none were actually delivered for installation. Another variant was designed for a concrete bunker. This Revell Pz III turret is a leftover from another project.
