| This is my Airfix SdKfz 222. After I measured it against the new ICM offering I found it to be more on the 72nd side than the rest of the Airfix models. I scratchbuilt the front end, covered the top with a piece of "tarp", as the interior detail is non-existant, covered the back with a flag made of aluminium foil and a swatika decal from extratech. The painting was done with tamiya acrylics followed by some washes with oils and finished with chalk pastel powder. |
