The models used are

• Fujimi Opel blitz
• IBG Bedford QL GS truck
• IBG CMP C15A tanker truck
• Airfix Jeep
• AB. MMS and Preiser figures
• Walthers Liquid storage tank
• Kibri (?) Stone Wall

For the Poplar trees I used copper wire armatures covered in polyfibre and flock with trunks made of clay.

The building is based on the Art deco style of the 30's and is made of balsa wood.

I used balsa to make the cable reel, pallets, planks and ladder.

The flowering grass tufts are baling twine and flock and the rest of the scenic material is by Woodland Scenics and Noch.

To make the water pouring out of the pipe I glued a narrow strip of clear plastic into the opening and trickled Woodland Scenics Realistic Water down it.
The water in the drain is gloss varnish.

I made the lathe from scrap plastic and balsa. In the middle of it is a spare wheel holder from an IBG CMP truck.

The passenger in the jeep has a balsa wood leg splint with masking tape bandages. He was meant to be a tank rider but he mostly fitted in the jeep.

I thought I'd try the natural light of a frosty morning for the photo shoot, some came out a bit too bright but I figure that's better than too dark.
