This is an UM (UniModels) kit, depicting a Panzer 38(t) Ausf. C early version with the typical protrusion on the front plate with the driver's visor. Mostly built out of the box, with minor modifications as gun barrel and exhaust drilled out. I also added a tow rope on the rear hooks, small tail lights on the back fenders and a Notek tail light on the typical little stand at the back plate as seen on many war time photos I researched. According to these I also adjusted the angle of the exhaust pipe to nearly 90° up, repositioned the front Notek light onto the fender, put the short spare tracks onto the back end of the fenders, added a scratch built horn on theleft frontside corner of the upper hull, omitted the kit's fire extinguisher (could not find any on the fenders of original photos of early 38 (t)s) and last but not least added a small tarp onto the right rear fender.

Paint job was done by brush with Revell enamels, #8 matt black base coat, drybrushed with #78 tank grey and highlighted with #77 stone grey + detail painting (tools, lights, wood block …). Sealed with matt clear paint in the end after adding the decals.
