MMS Models the missing treasures

Everyone or just about everyone knows about the great WW II kits made by MMS Models in 1/76 scale, produced in white metal well detailed even though there are few parts. But what people forget and even dismiss are the 1/72nd range of modern Soviet Vehicles released by MMS in the late 80's . I say dismissed because some people wrongly thought that these models were 1/76 scale the same as the WWII vehicles being released. this is simply not so, the Modern range were released in answer to the then new Esci modern releases of Nato vehicles and thus complemented them in the same scale. At the height there was a quite impressive range of vehicles some of which we haven't seen released by another manufacturer until recent times, others in the range have still not been released yet.
