This replacement set is marketed for Flakvierling 38 kits. You get 4 identical barrels turned from brass with properly shaped flash suppression cones that are hollow. Absolutely gorgeous!

They are easily light years ahead of all the stock kit barrels I have seen for Hasegawa, MW and Esci/Italeri Flakvierling offerings. The price was too good to ignore, so I actually purchased two copies of this set, one to replace the barrels of a future Flakvieling build, and another to piecemeal for a single barrelled Flak 38 in a MAC kit. On the MAC kit it's an easy replacement - just cut off the ugly kit barrel, drill an appropriate sized hole, and slide in the new RB Model replacement. Easy, painless and a vast improvement over the kit part, to say the least. And I can't see any reason why replacing the barrels on the various Flakvierling kits with the RB Model versions should be any more difficult. One other consideration is that this barrel, once cut to the appropriate length, would be very suitable to replace that of a Sd.Kfz.243/1, Sd.Kfz.250/9, Sd.Kfz.222, etc.

Rob Haelterman adds:
The RB barrels are probably not right for the SdKfz222, as production of this vehicle stopped around the time the longer Flak 38 started to be used on the KwK 38 and this set represents the longer barrel.
The section of the barrel that RB gives you should be 980mm (according to Panzer Tracts 15/1). I measured 14.33 mm, which corrresponds to 1030mm in 1/1 scale. The barrels should thus be shortened by 0.7mm or inserted a bit deeper into the Flak body.
